Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to keep helicopters airworthy

AS350/355/BK117 Engineer – New Zealand

Heliworks Queenstown is seeking an experienced Helicopter Engineer to join our team in Queenstown, Otago. This is a full-time position responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet of helicopters. As a Helicopter Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and airworthiness of our aircraft, contributing to the overall success of our business.

Conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on our helicopter fleet

Troubleshooting and repairing aircraft systems and components as required

Be directly involved with maintenance planning and provisioning

Collaborating with the broader engineering team to identify and implement process improvements

Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and procedures

Who has the ability to live in Queenstown or Glenorchy and travel where required

NZCAA License with rotorcraft group 2 (and ideally group 3) ratings

Experienced with AS350/355 and BK117 airframes and proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Arriel and Lycoming LTS101 engines

Who has meticulous attention to detail, is committed to safety, an excellent problem-solver and teamwork skills
