Licensed Helicopter Avionics Engineer

Helicopters Otago is looking for an experienced avionics LAME to join our team based at Taieri Airfield, Mosgiel.

Our ideal candidate will have a NZCAA aircraft maintenance engineer licence with avionics ratings across the different types in our fleet. You must have the right attitude, personality and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, operational environment. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working within a multidisciplinary team.

As we expand our engineering team, we expect our staff to reinforce this reputation and focus on keeping our helicopters safely in the air.

We operate over 20 helicopters across two bases with everything from Guimbal G2 to Airbus H145's.

Skills & experience

  • NZCAA AMEL
  • Avionics Ratings
  • Extensive helicopter experience is desirable
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
