Part-Time AS350/EC130 Pilot/Instructor – New Zealand

Glacier Southern Lakes Helicopters are seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Helicopter Pilot/Instructor to join our flight operations team based in Queenstown, New Zealand.

Glacier Southern Lakes Helicopters performs a large variety of work, from tourism scenic flight operations to film, charter, frost and utility work. We work as a close team to ensure safe and professional service throughout all aspects of our operation. The ideal candidate will be required to continue these ethics, demonstrate a positive drive to succeed and possess the following qualifications and experience.

To be considered for the role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience.

  • CPL(H)
  • 2500 hours helicopter time
  • 1000 hours turbine time
  • Class 1 CAA Medical

Desirable Experience Attributes:

  • EC130/AS350 type rating
  • Night rating
  • Instructor/Examiner rating
  • Sling load / Long Line / Fire Fighting experience
  • Milford Sound / Queenstown / Fiordland experience
