Process / Manufacturing Operator - Mangere

A reliable and physically fit process / manufacturing operator is required to join our team based in Mangere. 

In this role, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient batching and processing of raw materials. We are looking for individuals with some experience in manufacturing and process work, particularly those comfortable with heavy lifting. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate machinery for batching and processing raw materials according to specifications - training provided
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks - lifting up to 25 kg bags. 
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report any discrepancies.
• Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas to ensure safety.

We are looking for:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or process work environment is essential.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently.
• Familiarity with batching processes and raw material handling techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow operational procedures accurately.
• A restricted or full driver’s license would be ideal 

Work Roster:

• Work hours are Monday to Friday with early and late finishes.
• Flexibility in hours may be required based on production demands.
• Overtime opportunities may be available during peak production periods
• Reliability - attendance and punctuality standards is crucial for your team's success
