Horticulture Supervisor

Supervisor Job Duties-

· Supervision and training of orchard and field staff doing harvesting, maintaining and planting of crops

· Oversee worker performance and work quality

· Preparing timesheets and work records

· Responsible for general health and safety compliance in orchards

· Induction of staff and helping with recruitment

· Transportation of staff

· Staff performance and productivity reporting to management

· Accident and incident management

· Attending staff meetings as required.

Job Requirements- Flexible in working hours

Work hours: minimum 30 hours per week; maximum 50 HOURS PER WEEK - Monday to Sunday rotating roster between 7 am and 6 pm.

Applicant must be able to pass pre employment drug test and criminal check.

Physically fit as some lifting heavy items will be involved.
