Anand Civil NZ Limited seeks a Diesel Mechanic to service and repair trucks and diggers
to ensure safe and efficient construction operations.

Position Title: Diesel Mechanic
Number of Positions:1
Location: Waikato, New Zealand
Pay Rate: $30 – $38 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week


Key Requirements
At least 2 Year's of Experience OR Level 4 Qualifi cation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Detect and diagnose faults in diesel engines and mechanical components.
  • Repair and replace defective parts in trucks and construction machinery.
  • Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Dismantle and reassemble engines and mechanical components.
  • Maintain and service 4 trucks and 2 diggers.
  • Test and adjust mechanical systems to ensure proper performance.
  • Use tools and diagnostic equipment to identify issues.
  • Maintain service records and job documentation.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety and operational standards.
  • Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs when required.
