About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Hospital Administrator to join our Radiology team at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora – Whanganui.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will provide high-quality reception and administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth operation of Radiology services and a positive experience for patients and whānau.

As the first point of contact for many patients, referrers and visitors, you will play an important role in delivering professional, welcoming and culturally safe customer service. You will manage patient bookings, process referrals, maintain accurate records, respond to enquiries and support the wider Radiology team to deliver efficient and patient-centred care.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with people, and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
