Installation Expertise

  • Measure and layout areas for fence and gate installations accurately.
  • Install various types of fencing including wood, vinyl, and chain-link.
  • Construct and install gates, ensuring proper functionality and security.
  • Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during installations.
  • Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, and maintaining garden beds.

Site Preparation and Maintenance

  • Clear and prepare sites for installation, including excavation and grading.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards at all times.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on installed fences and landscaping features.
  • Manage waste disposal and site cleanup after project completion.
  • Inspect materials and tools before use to ensure quality and safety.

Customer Interaction

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide on-site consultations to discuss project scope and timelines.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members to coordinate project tasks and timelines.
  • Assist in training new staff on installation techniques and safety protocols.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and improvements.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $30.00 to $45.00, depending on experience and skill level. We are committed to providing competitive compensation for our skilled tradespeople.
