JOB TITLE: ICT SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify, target, and cultivate new business opportunities for enterprise cloud solutions, cloud-native architecture, and associated digital products to expand market presence.
  • Conduct market research and track industry trends  to effectively position cloud infrastructure and software offerings.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical sales proposals and cost estimates in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Staying up to date with the company's cloud services, software offerings, and competitor positioning within the tech market.
  • Engaging with regular and prospective business clients through on-site or digital visits to uncover sales opportunities for cloud infrastructure.
  • Evaluating client IT requirements and presenting tailored cloud services and platform solutions to match their operational needs.
  • Promoting cloud-based products, enterprise software, and security services to existing and new clients.
  • Formulating price quotes, implementation fees, and maintenance costs, negotiating payment terms, and formalizing contracts and purchase orders.
  • Coordinating the cloud resource provisioning, technical environment setup, and service activation for clients.
  • Submitting sales performance and market feedback reports regarding cloud products to the management team.
  • Conducting regular client check-ins to monitor user satisfaction with deployed cloud services, coordinating configuration updates, and resolving technical inquiries.
  • Compiling sales records and maintaining accurate logs of business development expenses incurred.

Guaranteed hours of work per week: permanent full time, minimum 30 hours

 

To be successful you will need to:

  • Have at least 3 years of relevant experience, OR
  • A  level 7 Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in marketing, management, business administration, computer science, commerce, network engineering, or a relevant field, can be equivalent overseas qualification. 
  • Available to work full-time
  • Be a great team player
  • No criminal record.
  • Candidates need to be New Zealand citizen/ resident
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin
