​​ Job description

  • Decide on product range, inventory quantities and service benchmarks
  • Develop and roll out procurement and marketing strategies, and establish pricing
  • Carry out promotion and advertising for the business’s products and services
  • Sell products and services to clients and provide guidance on product usage
  • Keep records of inventory status and financial dealings
  • Prepare budgets for the retail business
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training and day-to-day supervision
  • Make sure all activities follow occupational health and safety rules
  • Arrange and manage all operations of a retail outlet
  • Perform other reasonable work tasks assigned by the employer

More details about the position

  • Location: Auckland
  • Job type: Full-time Permanent
  • Pay rate: 30.00- 35.00 New Zealand dollars per hour
  • Days required: Monday to Saturday (rosters may apply).
  • Hours per week: At least 35

Job Requirement

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, or a relevant NZQF Diploma qualification (or equivalent overseas qualification).
