GISBORNE BASED ROLE - COLD STORE MANAGER
Platinum Recruitment are pleased to be partnering with this large N. Island employer as they search for a skilled Cold Store Manager to work in their busy Gisborne Plant.
THE ROLE:
Reporting into the Production Manager, you will be responsible for building & driving operational efficiency & effectiveness in the department. An integral part of the role will be ensuring a safe & healthy work environment for the team. You will use your previous experience in high volume FMCG operations. This is a great team & it will be a special person to come in to coach & develop them to their full potential.
Key Requirements:
• 5+ yrs experience in operations leadership in food production
• Experience with inventory management & control
• Solid understanding of H&S & regulatory compliance
• Previous success managing & leading teams
• Working knowledge of continuous improvements
• Excellent communication & organisational skills
Immediate NZ work rights and experience
