Oak Investment Limited is a construction and property investment company based in Auckland, providing construction project management services and truck leasing, hiring and renting. We are seeking a Transport Company Manager to join our team.

This is a full-time permanent position, and you will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the purchase, hire and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
  • Communicating with clients about their vehicle needs, hire rates and rental terms, and dealing with any issues or complaints.
  • Managing bookings, arranging vehicle availability and coordinating schedules.
  • Organising the collection and delivery of vehicles and equipment.
  • Keeping business records up to date and preparing regular operational reports.
  • Monitoring vehicle use and maintenance to ensure the business runs smoothly.
  • Making sure daily operations comply with health and safety requirements.

About you:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Or
  • A relevant NZQCF Level 5 qualification. No specific major is required if the applicant hold a Bachelor's or higher degree.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
