Vintage Planning Coordinator

We're seeking a highly organised, tech-savvy and operationally minded Vintage Planning Coordinator to join our Marlborough team through the summer peak and into the 2027 harvest. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love coordinating complex workflows, and enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, this role is made for you.

This is a dynamic, office-based role that sits at the centre of vineyard, logistics and winery operations. From October through April, you'll support Vineyard Operations by scheduling and tracking work orders, managing data, and keeping our systems aligned. As harvest ramps up, you'll step into a key operational role, becoming the Day Shift Weighbridge Supervisor during vintage. You'll be the operational heartbeat of harvest: aligning vineyard ripeness, fruit transport and efficiently and without bottlenecks.

Your knowledge and skills: You're a natural organiser with strong technical capability and a calm, professional presence. You enjoy juggling multiple priorities and keeping complex operations running smoothly. We're looking for someone with: a professional background in administration, operations or winery logistics; high computer literacy (Office 365, strong Excel skills); excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy; a solid level of English, literacy and numeracy is required to ensure safe work practices on site; ability to follow procedures and work well under pressure; experience in vineyard operations and logistics (ideal); ability to prioritise tasks with remaining safety focused; a can-do attitude, enthusiasm and continuous improvement mindset; full legal right to work in New Zealand.
