Jinghong PTY Limited is looking for a qualified warehouse manager who has excellent knowledge of bathroom, kitchen, laundry, wardrobe and so on to plan, organize and control the supply, storage and distribution of our building hardware products. Position Requirements:

  • 12 months of relevant working experience in New Zealand 

  • Or at least an NZQF level 7 qualification in management or relating areas.

  • In‑depth understanding of all product categories, specifications, models, sizes, and accessories; 

  • You need to have excellent time management skills to prioritize your daily works;

  • Ability to lift and move products safely as required;

  • Forklift licence preferred but not mandatory;

  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadline requirements.

Job description:

  • Planning, organizing and coordinating the supply and distribution activities of Jinghong PTY Limited.

  • Plan and manage distribution schedules, delivery routes, freight bookings, and dispatch priorities to meet customer and project deadlines.

  • Formulating and implementing purchasing policies, determining product mix and stock levels;

  • Analysis and monitor the daily stock flow between our warehouse and retail shops.

  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers, transport partners, and internal departments to support operational continuity.

  • Make the optimal decisions for supervising our stock movements. 

  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.

  • Control the stock level and logistics costs – efficiency inventory management, set the reasonable stock turnover with minimized costs.

  • Responding to customer complaints and comments; 

  • Managing the activities of warehousing such as storing, delivering, packaging and so on and enable to build up well teamwork environment within the company.

  • Controlling selection, training and supervision of delivery, to ensure the correct items of goods are delivered on time.

  • Ensure all warehouse operations comply with New Zealand H&S regulations, including equipment safety, manual handling, and hazard management.
