Due to our business expansion, Suncare Nutrition (NZ) Limited is looking for Production Supervisors (Dairy and Nutrition Products Processing) to join our friendly team in Auckland.

 

What you will do but not limited to the following:

 

  • Supervise and coordinate daily and nutrition production activities to ensure operational, quality, service and efficiency targets are achieved.
  • Manage and lead production workers, including training, rostering, and performance management, to create a safe, engaged and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP, GMP, and health & safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot downtime and mechanical failures.
  • Requisition and stage raw ingredients (milk, powders, additives, packaging) in alignment with upcoming production runs.
  • Maintain accurate digital or paper logs covering batch records, material usage, waste/downtime tracking, and health and safety incident reports.

 

Suitable candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

 

  • Have at least three years of relevant experience in food, nutritional products, health supplements, or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong and polished verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines

 

What we can offer:

 

  • Full time employment: Auckland
  • Hourly rate: $28/ hour gross - $35/hour gross
  • Hours of week per week: a minimum of 30 hours, no more than 45 hours per week. Over time maybe expected
