Hotel Operations Manager

As the Hotel Operations Manager at Hind Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our hotels. You will provide hands-on operational leadership and oversight across key departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Guest Services, with a strong focus on enhancing guest satisfaction, maintaining high service standards and driving operational efficiency. Food & Beverage will be a key area of focus, working collaboratively with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef to strengthen operational performance, identify and maximise revenue opportunities, and drive commercial growth while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations would be an advantage.

Your leadership and operational expertise will be essential as you work closely with department heads to develop and implement strategies that improve overall hotel performance. You should have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for hospitality that inspires your team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently

  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and local market conditions to identify new business opportunities
