Alpha Recruitment is currently seeking a driven and hard working Senior Human Resources Adviser for an exciting position located in central Wellington.

This is a permanent position. This role has two days wfh on offer and is working in a friendly team of HR professionals. 

You will doing end to end employment relations and generalist HR work.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

  • At least seven years previous experience working as a Senior HR Advisor
  • A strong understanding of the machinery of government 
  • A strong understanding of employment relations and legislation 
  • Extensive ER experience
  • At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Previous experience working with HR systems and processes 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
