Payrate: $32 per hour - $40 per hour

Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30

Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 50

 

Key Requirements:

Must have over 2 years experience

OR

Must have Minimum Level 4 Qualifications

 

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced and organized Garage Manager to lead our vehicle maintenance and repair operations. In this role, you will supervise a team of skilled mechanics and technicians, manage daily workflow, maintain high safety and quality standards, and deliver transparent, reliable customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and mentor mechanics, technicians, and service advisors to maximize productivity and morale.

• Operations & Workflow: Manage daily repair orders, vehicle scheduling, and shop capacity to ensure timely turnarounds.

• Customer Service: Consult with clients, provide accurate service quotes, handle inquiries, and resolve customer complaints or escalations.

• Inventory & Procurement: Monitor parts and tool stock, place supplier orders, and track vendor relationships.

• Financial Management: Oversee departmental budgets, track pricing benchmarks (such as Average Repair Order/ARO), and monitor profit and loss (P&L) performance.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure the workshop complies with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
