Role Summary

We are a growing tiling business looking for an experienced, reliable, and skilled Floor and Wall Tiler to join our team for commercial and residential projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Laying ceramic, porcelain, and large-format tiles (600x1200mm, 1200x2400mm) on walls and floors with high precision and zero lippage.
  • Performing floor screeding, setting correct falls for wet areas and walk-in showers.
  • Applying liquid waterproofing membranes in compliance with building codes.
  • Reading and interpreting architectural drawings for accurate tile layout and material estimation.
  • Cutting tiles, installing mitred aluminium trims, and grouting. 
  • Maintaining site safety and following Health & Safety regulations.

 

Requirements 

  • Minimum 2 years of proven relevant trade experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with large-format tiles using leveling clip systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed architectural plans and specifications.
  • Proficient in floor screeding and liquid waterproofing application.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and physical fitness.
