We are now looking for a Beauty Therapist to join our studio.

Job Description

This role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Discussing client needs, analysing skin and scalp characteristics and advising on suitable skin and scalp care and treatments

  • Performing facial and scalp treatments

  • Evaluating beauty therapy processes and products

  • Receiving bookings, arranging appointments and maintaining client records

  • Providing advice on and selling skin and scalp care products

  • Keeping treatment rooms, tools and equipment clean and hygienic

  • Job type: Full-time, Permanent

  • Number of positions for this job: 1

  • Pay rate: $35.50 per hour

  • Hours per week: minimum 32 hours, maximum 55 hours per week

The successful applicant must have:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Beauty Therapist, including facial and skin care treatments

  • Knowledge of skin care products and treatment techniques

  • Good understanding of hygiene and health and safety practices in a beauty setting

  • Good communication and customer service skills
