Due to business growing, we are seeking a full-time experienced Property Manager to join our company.
About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio, and will work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and service providers to ensure properties and tenancies are well managed.
Key Responsibilities
l Manage tenant enquiries and tenancy administration, including agreements, renewals and terminations.
l Deliver excellent customer service, responding promptly to landlord and tenant needs.
l Advertise rental properties, respond to enquiries, arrange viewings and assist with tenant selection.
l Conduct or coordinate property inspections, provide clear, detailed reports
l Ensure properties are maintained to high standards, arranging repairs and renovations as required.
l Monitor rent payments, follow up arrears and maintain accurate rental records.
l Advise landlords on rental pricing, property conditions and tenancy matters.
l Maintain accurate tenancy, property and maintenance records in the company’s property management system.
l Help ensure properties and tenancies meet the requirements of the Residential Tenancies Act, Healthy Homes Standards and other applicable requirements.
l Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to company success.
What We’re Looking For
l Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager or in a similar real estate role.
or Level 4 business or management or relevant qulifications.
l Good communication and customer service skills.
l Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
l Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
l A practical approach to resolving tenancy and property-related issues.
l Ability to speak more than one language would be an advantage.
l A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
