Training Administrator
Are you the kind of person who keeps things moving, spots what needs doing, and takes pride in getting the details right? At Fulton Hogan, we have a Training Administrator role that is all about supporting HSQE compliance training and learning activity across the region, while helping our teams do Good Work every day.
As our Training Administrator, you'll own the administration side of training and development, from employee documentation and recordkeeping through to reporting and system updates. You'll work closely with the HSQE Training Manager and wider teams to keep training organised, compliant, and running smoothly.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, values safety, and wants to be part of a team that is flat, friendly, and serious when it counts.
Key role responsibilities
- Coordinate regional training activity, including licences, certificates, health and safety training, and development support.
- Manage training administration, employee documentation, recordkeeping, reporting, and information management systems.
- Support HSQE training projects and complete tasks set by the HSQE Training Manager.
- Help create a strong team culture by coordinating employee events and encouraging communication, involvement, and teamwork.
- Follow safety, quality, and environmental processes, and contribute to safer, better ways of working.
We're looking for someone with
- Prior experience in an administration or coordination role preferred.
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office software and good general computer skills.
- A proactive, reliable, team-focused approach, with the ability to think ahead and solve problems.
- A genuine commitment to safety, learning, and doing quality work with respect for others.
Good work, good benefits
- Medical insurance and Life insurance after the eligibility period.
- KiwiSaver employer contributions after service milestones, up to 7%.
- Parental leave top up payment with additional return to work support.
- Ongoing training and development, with clear career growth and progression opportunities.
- Great discounts at a wide range of retailers.

We take the work seriously, not ourselves. That means a friendly team, honest expectations, and high standards where safety always comes first. If you want to be part of a business where your work matters and your contribution is valued, you'll fit right in here.
