Class 4 Driver/Operator

We're looking for a Class 4 Driver/Operator to join our Northland team and help deliver quality work on the ground every day. In this role, you will work alongside the Regional Sealing teams, carrying out driving, operating, and laboring duties to keep work progressing safely, on time, and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys practical outdoor work, takes safety seriously, and likes being part of a team that supports each other. You'll report to a Foreperson or Supervisor and play an important part in frontline delivery, including incident response and rostered on-call shifts.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Current Class 4 and license as a minimum, with W, T, R endorsements.
  • Class 5 will be beneficial
  • At least 2 years' practical experience in a similar role.
  • Experience and understanding of traffic management requirements on sites.
  • A safety-first mindset, a reliable and team-focused approach, and a willingness to learn and build skills.
