We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic people to join our team at CONFECTIONERY TRADERS MANAWATU LIMITED T/A CTML, New Zealand. Currently, we have 3 Salespersons positions available at our WAREHOUSE in Manawatū-Whanganui

This is an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, friendly Sales team where excellence, success and people are valued and rewarded. The job may involve heavy lifting of boxes (up to 25 kg). This is full-time, permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week and an hourly rate of NZ$24.00 to NZ$ 26.00.

Job Responsibilities:

·      Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and wholesale markets for outdoor sales and marketing.

·      Maintain relationship with B2B Customers and listen to their complaint/Feedback and report to Management.

·      Upsell the new product and existing product to make maximum sale in business.

·      Promote company products to retailers, wholesalers, and shop owners.

·      Take orders from wholesalers and retailers.

·      Find new customers and develop new business opportunities.

·      Explain product prices, quality, and benefits to customers.

·      Achieve assigned sales targets.

·      Visit existing customers regularly and maintain good relationships.

·      Follow up on customer orders and delivery schedules.

·      Collect market information about competitors and customer demand.

·      Follow up on outstanding customer payments as instructed.

·      Submit daily reports of customer visits, orders, and marketing activities.

·      Work exclusively in the field for outdoor sales activities.

Our ideal candidates will have.

·      Friendly, Passionate, people person.

·      Valid International / New Zealand Driving License to drive a company car in New Zealand to travel from one site to another.

·      Someone who has a proactive approach and motivation to achieve and improve continuously!

·      A natural ability to build rapport with customer (B2B) and assist their buying decisions.

·      Be a physically fit, hardworking and reliable person with great attention to detail.

·      The ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own (unsupervised)

·      A passion for providing excellent customer service and always putting the customer first.

·      A positive attitude with the ability to problem-solve.

·      The ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

·      A passion for sales and prior sales experience in a similar environment is an added advantage. Complete training will be provided for the selected candidate.

·      Available to work on weekends and public holidays.

·      Able to start early and finish late shifts when required.

·      Must have no serious criminal convictions.
