Food & Beverage Attendant - Breakfast Shifts

Avani Queenstown Hotel is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a Part-Time basis. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work across both bar and floor service, delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to guests from around the world. Key responsibilities include providing attentive food and beverage service, including taking orders and delivering meals; delivering professional, friendly and engaging service to all guests; recommending menu items and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience; maintaining clean, stocked and organized bar and service areas; working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure seamless service; contributing to a positive and professional team environment; and complying with all health, hygiene and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) standards.

Shift details (subject to change): Rotating roster Sunday to Thursday; shifts schedule across 5:30am - 11.00am, 7.00am - 12.00pm, 8.00am - 2.00pm.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in food & beverage service; exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality; strong communication and interpersonal skills; a positive and professional attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality; the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; and flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
