We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Supervisor to join our team at our retail shop as a full-time position in a fast-paced and fun team.

The Supervisor is expected to work a minimum of 30-35 hours a week with a weekly payroll. Hours are rostered on a weekly basis.

Pay Rate: $25-$26 per hour
Days required: Monday to Sunday

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage the store in the absence of the Manager.
2. Provide input and ideas on new products and customer requirements
3. Ensure store is open during your scheduled hours, maintain a work schedule.
4. Operate the till and accurately handling cash, cheques and credit/debit card transactions when on duty.
5. Carry out and supervise regular stock-take and ensuring adequate stock is maintained at all times.
6. Ensure products are displayed, labelled and priced correctly.
7. Ensure good team delivery of customer service
8. Meeting operational expectations
9. Maintaining and ensuring the security of the store during and at the close of business
10. Assist management responsibly for displays of stock, promotions and advertising of the
store.
11. Maintaining high-quality standards
12. Handling general complaints raised
13. Follow and maintain health and safety requirements for the store and the staff
14. Provide feedback and inputs for overall Business growth and higher Profitability of the business.
15. Deliver goods to the customer if required.

Job Requirements:

1. Relevant (minimum level 2 or 3 business/management) qualification or one year of retail
experience.

2. Basic computer literacy.

3. Good communication skills.

4. Valid Driver Licence.
