We are involved in a cleaning business in Christchurch, Canterbury we are looking for 1 cleaner. It’s a permanent and full-time role and we guarantee a minimum of 30 hours of work per week. You will be paid $25 - $30 per/hour depending on the experience.

The successful applicants will be self-motivated and eager to learn and grow. Given the nature of our business, you will be required to work on a rotating roster on the weekends and outside the normal working hours whenever required.

Our Job Descriptions are outlined below:

·         Vacuuming carpets, curtains and furniture

·         Cleaning, dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings

·         Removing rubbish and recyclable material, and emptying - containers, bins and trays

·         Cleaning and disinfecting fixtures

·         Operating industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas and machines

·         Removing dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes and fixtures

·         Applying acids and solvents to surfaces to remove stains and dirt

 

The right candidates and are expected to perform the below tasks:

·         A consistent and exceptional routine and time management skills

·         Knowledge and proficiency in cleaning, hygiene, waste, and other relevant services

·         Ability to use industrial cleaning and laundry equipment

·         A willingness to do a drug test and ministry of justice check.

·         An ability to work between the hours of 3am to 8pm.
