Our activities span development planning, design coordination and construction delivery. We are seeking a Multimedia Specialist to develop multimedia applications and interactive digital experiences that communicate our projects to clients, purchasers and project stakeholders.

About the role

You will combine creative production with technical development to turn architectural visuals, project information, photographs, video and other media into integrated digital products.

Working with management, development and construction teams, and external design and IT providers, you will develop project presentations, interactive website content and multimedia resources for use throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse business and user requirements and develop multimedia concepts, storyboards, prototypes and technical specifications for commercial and residential project presentations.
  • Create and edit digital graphics, animations, video and audio, using approved architectural drawings, visualisations and project materials where relevant.
  • Develop interactive project presentations, virtual tours and visual explanations of development layouts, building features and construction stages.
  • Use multimedia authoring tools, programming and scripting technologies to integrate visual, audio and interactive elements into websites and browser-based applications.
  • Develop and maintain multimedia project pages and portfolio features, including interactive navigation, project filtering, media playback and construction progress displays.
  • Produce multimedia resources for client proposals, tender presentations, project updates and handover information.
  • Test and troubleshoot multimedia applications across browsers and devices, improving functionality, accessibility, loading performance and user experience.
  • Maintain source files, code, digital assets and technical documentation, ensuring published content uses current and approved project information.
  • Coordinate with IT and hosting providers on deployment, access permissions, backups and the reliable operation of web-based multimedia products.

About you

You will have:

  • A relevant qualification in multimedia, digital media, creative technologies, computer science or a related field, or substantial relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing integrated multimedia products, supported by a portfolio showing your individual contribution.
  • Practical skills in animation, image processing, video and audio production, together with multimedia authoring and integration.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and experience implementing interactive content for websites or browser-based applications.
  • Experience with relevant tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Blender, Unity, Three.js or comparable software and frameworks.
  • The ability to translate project information into clear and engaging digital experiences and manage multiple assignments to agreed deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Experience with property or construction visualisation, 3D model integration, panoramic tours or interactive property presentations would be an advantage.
