Class 5 Driver - Immediate Start Available

Good Class 5 drivers have options. So if you're already working, we know a new role needs to offer a genuine reason to make a move.

We're looking for an experienced Class 5 Driver to get behind the wheel for a busy agricultural operation, carting fertiliser, stock food, maize and silage throughout the South Canterbury and Mid Canterbury farming region.

You'll be working across the Timaru to Ashburton area, making deliveries and pick-ups from dairy farms, so this definitely isn't just another main highway run. We need someone who is confident handling a truck and trailer combination and comfortable navigating rural NZ roads and farm environments.

This is a seasonal role with an immediate start available, offering 40+ hours per week, competitive pay rates, and the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

What we're looking for:

  • Current Class 5 licence
  • Proven truck and trailer driving experience
  • Confidence driving on rural New Zealand roads
  • Comfortable making deliveries and pick-ups from dairy farms
  • A strong focus on safe, responsible driving
  • Reliable, practical and able to get on with the job
  • Agricultural or rural sector experience would be a definite advantage
  • Must pass drug screening
