Agribusiness valuations across Nelson and the wider region, covering a broad mix of horticulture, pastoral farming, forestry and other rural property assignments through CBRE's Valuation & Advisory Services platform.

Conduct property inspections and prepare rigorous valuation reports. Analyse relevant market evidence and property information to determine value. Maintain current market knowledge and valuation data for the region. Build and maintain relationships with valuation clients and property owners. Contribute to business development and professional industry networks. Keep client and valuation information current in CBRE systems.

Build specialist experience across diverse agribusiness and rural property types. Access CBRE market data, technology and valuation resources.
