Store Manager and Store Assistants

GRACEBAL PVT LIMITED is looking for a Store Manager and Sales Assistants (multiple positions) to join the busy store.

For the Store Manager role, some of the duties would be:

• Handling and managing operations of store
• Setting prices of the product and services
• Ensure sales are consistently met
• Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies.
• Maintaining records of stock levels
• Handling and managing store budget
• Oversee sales and marketing operations
• Conduct performance appraisal of the store employees
• Control, select, terminate employment and train the store staff
• Ensure store compliance with regulations

Working on weekends and being available on calls are required for this position.

Offered Wage: $30 - $35 per hour (based on experience)

Employment is full-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

This is a managerial role where you'll be handling the sole charge of the store.

You should have at least 2-3 years of New Zealand work experience or a relevant qualification (Level 4 or higher).

All suitable candidates should be able to pass a drug test and a Ministry of Justice check when required.

For the Store Assistant role, some of the duties would be:

• Handle and receive incoming goods and food items 
• Greet customers and process payments at the counter 
• Checking for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices 
• Open stock packages and stack the items including performing night fill stacking tasks 
• Labelling goods and ensuring the correct price is displayed 
• Packing and weighing goods and sealing boxes 
• Handle customer inquiries regarding the product and services 
• Handle customer transactions and ensure the till balances daily 
• Operates cash registers and receives payments for goods purchased by customers

Working on weekends and be available on-calls are required for this position.

Offered Wage: $24 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
Employment is full-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Preference will be given to candidates who are already in New Zealand and have relevant work experience. However, prior work experience is not mandatory as proper training will be provided.

All suitable candidates should be able to pass a drug test and a Ministry of Justice check when required.
