Hibiscus Traditional Thai Massage is a professional massage studio located in Arkles Bay, Whangaparāoa. We provide a range of traditional Thai massage and wellness treatments in a calm, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

 

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Thai Massage Therapists to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional massage and wellness treatments tailored to clients' individual needs, helping them relax, relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility, and enhance their overall wellbeing.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of professional massage treatments, including:

  • Traditional Thai Massage (without oil)
  • Traditional Thai Oil Massage
  • Oil Relaxing Massage
  • Deep Tissue Massage
  • Head, Neck and Shoulders Massage
  • Foot Massage and Reflexology
  • Hot Stone Massage
  • Pregnancy Massage
  • Facial Treatments

• Assess clients' individual needs, physical conditions, preferences, and health history before commencing treatments.

• Apply appropriate massage techniques, pressure points, stretching movements, and relaxation methods according to the treatment selected.

• Provide personalised treatments to help clients relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, improve mobility, and promote relaxation.

• Explain available treatments and recommend suitable services.

• Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure clients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their appointments.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment rooms, massage equipment, towels, and work areas.

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are available before each appointment.

• Follow professional standards and appropriate massage therapy practices.

 

To be selected for this position, you must have at least one year of relevant experience in massage therapy.

 

The successful candidate should have good knowledge of traditional Thai massage techniques and the ability to perform a variety of massage treatments. They should also demonstrate a friendly, caring, and professional attitude, with a strong focus on providing quality customer service.
