Retail Assistant

Retail Assistant is required to work between 30-35 hours per week. Hours are rostered on weekly basis on a weekly payroll.

Location: Kawerau, Bay of plenty

Payrate: 24.00 - 25.00

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide exellent customer service by greeting shoppers and answering their product related querries.

2. Operate cash registers or POS systems efficiently, handle returns and issue refunds as required.

3. Unpack deliveries, check goods against ordersheet, restock shelves.

4. Keep the store floor, displays, windows and storage clean and tidy and organised.

5. Resolve minor customer complaints and handle special orders for out of stock items.

Job Requirements:

No qualification is required as full training will be provided.

Previous work experience in retail industry is desired but not necessory.

You need to be quick learner with attention to detail.

Good communication skills and a team player.
