U & N GLOBAL LIMITED operates in property development and construction. We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, funding arrangements, budget management and financial systems across the business.

About the Role 

• Develop and oversee company financial plans, budgets and forecasts, and advise the directors on financial performance and business decisions.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and project funding requirements, and coordinate banking and finance arrangements.
• Set financial policies and reporting standards, and oversee consolidated management reporting across development projects.
• Assess the financial implications of proposed projects, investment decisions and funding commitments.
• Oversee financial systems, approval processes and controls, and implement practical improvements.
• Work with project teams and the external accountant to maintain reliable financial information and meet reporting and tax obligations.
• Provide financial information for independent internal-audit reviews and implement agreed control improvements.

Working hours: fixed and guaranteed 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About You

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Relevant qualifications and/or transferable work experience in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Skills in budgeting, cash-flow management, financial reporting and funding arrangements.
• The ability to advise directors, exercise sound financial judgement and work effectively with operational teams and external advisers.
• CPA, CA or equivalent professional membership would be an advantage.
