We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a key role in growing and expanding our technology practice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building markets, developing client relationships, and connecting exceptional technology professionals with leading organisations across New Zealand.
You'll have the support of an established brand, a collaborative team, dedicated Talent Managers, and existing client relationships, while also having the freedom and autonomy to identify opportunities, develop new business, and create your own success. Leverage senior leadership as mentors to launch the next stage of your recruitment career.
You'll be trusted to take ownership, drive growth, and become a recognised specialist within the IT recruitment sector.

- Build on our thriving portfolio of IT clients and technology candidates.
- Develop long-term partnerships with hiring managers, technology leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the technology sector.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of technical disciplines.
- Deliver consultative talent solutions aligned to client needs and market trends.
- Work closely with Talent Managers and the wider Platinum team to achieve outstanding results.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of Platinum's IT recruitment practice.
- Proven success in agency recruitment, but looking for that next step.
- Strong commercial acumen and a passion for building client relationships.
