Chicking Restaurants LTD is looking for a Store Manager to be the management face of our store. This position requires working on weekends. You may be required to work reasonable overtime as needed for operational reasons, breakdowns, or emergencies.

Qualification/Work Experience

To be successful you will need to have relevant work experience of at 18-24 months in a supervisory role in QSR environment.

Your daily task will include-

  • Overseeing the daily operation of the whole store, including the Front & Back operations. 

  • Hiring, training, assigning duties, and processing appraisals for staff in line with company policies and standard operating procedures. 

  • Preparing weekly duty rosters and managing shifts in accordance with business requirements. 

  • Maintaining and controlling day-to-day operational costs and establishing ways to cut short wastage. 

  • Forecasting and preparing the store's budget, as well as determining and implementing required stock levels. 

  • Promoting, developing, and recommending marketing strategies in direct coordination with the head office. 

  • Preparing and implementing a comprehensive complaint and grievance handling procedure. 

  • Identifying and implementing best Health & Safety procedures in compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations. 

  • Managing the float, preparing daily reports, and overseeing comprehensive Opening, Change-Over, and Closing checklists.
