About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team, specializing in both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have an experience in interior and exterior painting, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering a high quality of work.
This is a full-time job. We offer you a guaranteed 30 hours of work per week.
Responsibilities:
• To work as a Painter on both commercial and residential buildings.
• Read instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary.
• Make on-site preparations, such as covering fixtures and preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping them with sand paper or removing old paint.
• Fill cracks and holes with appropriate materials.
• Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture.
• Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools.
Requirements:
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
