We are looking for permanent full-time Carpenters to join the team!

You will be based in Waikato, but from time to time, may be required to relocate and work in Canterbury, Bay of Plenty, Auckland, Hawke's Bay, Wellington, Manawatu-Whanganui and Southland.

You will be responsible for a wide range of carpentry work across landscaping and outdoor construction projects, working alongside our experienced team to deliver high-quality results for our valued clients in multiple regions.

You will be working with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Your accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Carry out a wide range of carpentry work across landscaping and outdoor construction projects
  • Read and interprete plans and specifications to ensure accurate construciton
  • Build and install structures such as decks, fences, pergolas, retaining walls and other timber features
  • Measure, cut and assemble timber and other materials to project requirements
  • Ensure projects completed in a safe and timely manner with high standard.

To be qualified for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • At least 2-year work exprience in the industry
  • Experience with outdoor construction such as decks, fences, pergolas, or similar structures is highly regarded
  • Ability to read plans and follow technical instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently when required
