About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of high-performing SFCC solutions. You will provide technical direction, enforce coding best practices, and mentor development teams while working closely with Enterprise Architects and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions.
- Define and enforce SFCC development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams.
- Conduct design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality and scalability.
- Work closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Create high-level and detailed solution designs ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead sprint planning, estimation, and technical grooming activities to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Lead the investigation and resolution of production incidents, performing root cause analysis for critical issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform stability.
Integrations & Architecture
Lead integrations between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and external enterprise systems, including:
- Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Payment Gateways
- Loyalty Platforms
- Marketing Platforms
- Inventory Management Systems
- Enterprise Middleware
