We're looking for an experienced signage professional who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent client relationship skills. You'll take ownership of a varied project portfolio, working closely with clients and an experienced in-house team to deliver quality signage solutions from concept through to installation.

About the Role

This is a hands-on Project Management role combining technical expertise, client engagement and end-to-end project delivery.

• Manage projects from initial client brief through to final installation.
• Understand client requirements and develop practical, creative signage solutions.
• Apply your technical knowledge to specifications, materials, manufacturing and installation.
• Coordinate design, estimating, production, fabrication and installation teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, variations and competing deadlines.
• Keep clients informed, resolve challenges and ensure projects are delivered to specification.
• Oversee a diverse range of signage, including exterior and interior signs, illuminated signage, pylons, wayfinding, retail displays, vehicle graphics and large-format graphics.
• Occasional travel required, although you'll be predominantly Auckland based.

Skills and Experience

You'll bring:

• At least five years' experience in the signage industry, ideally in Project Management or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong technical knowledge of signage construction, materials and installation.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Confidence advising clients, understanding their requirements and recommending practical solutions.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• IT savvy, with confidence using project management software and business systems.
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet and remain calm under pressure.
