​Due to continuing growth NSB is seeking new team members.

These are entry level positions that requires no experience and full training will be given. The work will involve abrasive blasting of steelwork and general labouring duties.  

If you are willing to learn new skills, we will offer further training in all other aspects of our industry.  EG:  Industrial Coatings application, thermal arc spraying application

You will be based at our Napier site but once fully trained you may have the opportunity to work on location at a variety of projects both locally and nationwide.

The following attributes are required:
Be relatively fit and healthy, the work is physical and requires a degree of stamina and strength.
Be able to learn health and safety, quality and work procedures.
Be able to follow instruction.
Be a positive person with a can do attitude.
Be able to work productively and unsupervised.
It is essential that you are drug free.
