Construction Supervisor

We are looking for a Construction Supervisor.

40 hour work week

About the role 

• To plan, manage, control and coordinate processes to ensure the delivery of product in accordance with the Regions business plan to achieve agreed levels of profitability, timeliness and quailty and customer service. 
• The role will develop strong relationships in the industry with Subcontractors, Suppliers and Customers enhancing the reputation of the business to secure further opportunities and repeat business for the future. 
• Actively demonstrate safe work processes, and behaviours and ensure these are followed by all employees and contractors in the place of work. 
• Manages and coordinate planning and programming 
• Manages legal compliance and ensures business risks are minimised 
• Manages construction of homes and dwellings to the standards and expectations 

About you 

• Have solid work experience in residential construction 
• Be a confident, effective communicator and a strong leader and team player.
• Be experienced in working in processes and following instructions
• Strong hands on skills
• Good computer literacy
• Have a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
• Be passionate about your work and always strive for the best and take pride in yourwork.
• Be able to comply with a strong safety and quality culture.
• Be flexible and adaptable.
