We are looking for a qualified or experienced Operations Manager. This is a full-time permanent position and will consist of handling the full operations of our transport business.

To be considered for this position you’ll have at least a qualification in relevant studies at Diploma level or higher or at least two years of relevant work experience to allow you to complete the tasks for this position. You should have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and be able to work independently to reach goals.  You must be able to multitask and will be able to complete work in set time frames. You will also ideally have knowledge in the running of a transport company and at least 3 months of truck operating experience. 

You will be expected to perform management tasks such as handling all initial communications to the company such as phone calls and emails, allocating human resource and equipment, liaising with professionals and other staff to ensure that the business operations run smoothly and to solve any issues, creating reports for work, communicating with external third parties, financial management, ordering products, HR Duties and staff management.

This is a full time Permanent position and successful applicant will be required to manage the business operations and work with other staff reportaing to you to ensure the successful operations of the business.

 

The hours for this role will  be 30 to 40 hours. The minimum payrate for this role is $35 per hour and the maximum payrate is $36 per hour.
