Key Responsibilities
l Directing, developing, leading and implementing sales and marketing strategies together with sales and marketing manager.
l Directing the development and implementation of marketing campaign initiatives in New Zealand and overseas market, with a focus on specialized bilingual business development.
l Responsible for evaluation of the team member performance, meeting the sales needs and relevant targets.
l Formulating and implementing advertising policies and plans for targeted business clients.
l Identifying sales opportunities and setting sales targets to achieve business growth.
l Developing strong relationships with clients and generating continuous sales opportunities through building brand loyalty.
l Driving customer outcomes, product adoption and customer experience to maintain business reputation. You may research, analyze and advise on global finance-related issues.
l Maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction, comfortably negotiate terms, pricing and contracts with clients.
Key Requirements:
l At least 3 years of business management or marketing-relevant work experience.
l Must have at least a Bachelor degree or above in relevant business or economics discipline areas. Extensive knowledge in finance is preferred.
