We are Sincere House Maintain Limited and looking for motivated individuals to join our team! Whether you are an experienced painter or have basic painting skills and a willingness to learn, we welcome applicants to contribute to our residential and commercial painting projects.

  • Work Location: Auckland region
  • Hours/week: A minimum of 30 hours, no more than 50 hours per week from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  •  Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
  • Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
  • Mix and match paint colours to achieve the desired shade and finish.
  • Repair cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections before painting.
  • Ensure all work is performed according to safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain and clean painting tools, equipment, and work areas.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in painting or a related trade.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to work at heights when necessary.
