Job Summary
A Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions to meet business and user requirements. This role involves working with different programming languages, frameworks, and technologies to build efficient and scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in programming languages such as
Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript. - Debug, test, and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and
other engineers. - Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews and version control.
- Ensure software security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 year’s relevant work experience in software development.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Azure Developer) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Proficiency in databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
