We are looking for a full time and permanent, hard-working and reliable Truck Driver. The start and finish point location will be in Hamilton and will be working throughout New Zealand. we need someone who is willing to commit to our company and is prepared to take the responsibility.

Hours of work: Monday – Friday from 4:30 AM to 2:30 PM (may require to work sometimes on Saturday and Sunday or longer hours)

Wage Rate: $25 to $30 per hour

Hours of work: Minimum 30 hours to Maximum 45 hours

Job Responsibilities

·        Ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.

·        Driving within speed limit of 90km/h and wear seat belt  while driving.

·        Complete a daily truck logbook and submit reports of mileage and retain fuel/toll receipts.

·        Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.

·        Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations and Break Periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.

·        Maneuverer trucks into loading and unloading positions.

·        Maintain a current clean Driver's License while driving a company vehicle.

·        The individual will be expected to have a standard of fitness sufficient to enable him to carry out all of the above duties

·        Report serious mechanical problems to the manager.

·        Taking full responsibility of unit while on duty

·        Responsible for cleaning of your Truck

·        Knowledge of emergency procedures and how to handle hazard conditions.
