A Class 4 Heavy Truck (HT) Driver is responsible for operating heavy vehicles, typically with a gross vehicle weight between 4,500 kg and 18,000 kg, to transport goods.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Class 4 Heavy Truck (HT) Driver to transport goods safely and efficiently. The driver will be responsible for vehicle operation, cargo handling, and ensuring compliance with road safety regulations
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Class 4 heavy trucks in a safe and responsible manner.
• Transport goods.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing of loads.
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and logbooks.
• Comply with all road transport and safety regulations.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays to management.
• Ensure cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle.
 
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Valid Class 4 Driver’s License.
• Proven experience as a heavy truck driver for atleast 1 year 
• Good knowledge of road safety laws and regulations.
• Ability to operate a manual/Road Ranger gearbox 
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle cargo when necessary.
• High level of responsibility and reliability.                                      .Must be alcohol and drug free 
 
Additional Information:
• Work hours may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Some roles may require long-distance driving or inter-city deliveries and occasionally out of town stays for few days to weeks
