Position : Software Test Lead
 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification and minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Lead review of software requirements and design documentation to define project scope and testing objectives.
  • Oversee ERP domain testing (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and guide the testing team in execution.
  • Lead the development and execution of manual test cases to validate software functionality and usability.
  • Identify, document, and prioritize defects, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams.
  • Manage and oversee regression testing to ensure software modifications do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of test automation and security testing frameworks, including designing and implementing test cases.
  • Supervise daily execution of security tests and ensure prompt escalation of security defects.
  • Provide regular leadership updates on security testing progress and identified defects to stakeholders.
  • Define and implement testing strategies, CI/CD practices, and oversee the creation of test plans and dashboards in line with business requirements.
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution using defect management tools and provide comprehensive testing status reports on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Mentor and guide the testing team, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and business needs.
  • Strong experience in both Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.
 
Full Time - Permanent
 
Pay : 65 to 75 per hour
