Position : Software Test Lead
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification and minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Lead review of software requirements and design documentation to define project scope and testing objectives.
- Oversee ERP domain testing (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and guide the testing team in execution.
- Lead the development and execution of manual test cases to validate software functionality and usability.
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams.
- Manage and oversee regression testing to ensure software modifications do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Lead the development and maintenance of test automation and security testing frameworks, including designing and implementing test cases.
- Supervise daily execution of security tests and ensure prompt escalation of security defects.
- Provide regular leadership updates on security testing progress and identified defects to stakeholders.
- Define and implement testing strategies, CI/CD practices, and oversee the creation of test plans and dashboards in line with business requirements.
- Manage defect tracking and resolution using defect management tools and provide comprehensive testing status reports on a daily and weekly basis.
- Mentor and guide the testing team, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and business needs.
- Strong experience in both Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.
Full Time - Permanent
Pay : 65 to 75 per hour
