What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Customer Service Representative at Hynds, you’ll play a key role in making our customers’ experience unforgettable. From offering expert advice on our range of products to assisting with sales support, your goal is to ensure that every customer leaves with exactly what they need. Whether it's answering queries, processing orders, or maintaining a clean and organized branch, you'll ensure the smooth running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Sales Support: Be the face of Hynds, delivering top-notch service to our valued customers. Build strong relationships and provide solutions to their needs.
- Product Knowledge: You’ll be the go-to expert on our products, ensuring you can answer any question and help customers make the best choices.
- Branch Maintenance & Stock Control: Help keep our branch looking sharp, manage stock levels, and support with daily operations like stocktakes and deliveries.
- Health & Safety: Maintain a safe and clean work environment because we care about your wellbeing.
Key Attributes
- Excellent customer service skills are paramount to ensure a strong customer relationship and that all customers' needs are met
- Advanced knowledge of Hynds products and application knowledge is important, as is an understanding of how products work together to form solutions
- NZ driver licence full class 1 and F endorsement
- Business smart and understands the key levers that drive business performance
- Practical understanding and experience of health and safety standards
